   Pick an open 2-hour arrival window online or call the Raleigh team. Tell us the brand and what the appliance is doing so the technician brings the right parts.

2. 02

   Diagnosis & Written Estimate

   The technician looks the appliance over and tells you what failed. Then you get a written estimate on the spot, with parts and labor included.

3. 03

   Your Decision

   Nothing gets repaired until you approve the estimate. If you go ahead, the diagnostic fee is waived. If you don't, you pay the diagnostic fee and nothing else. And if a repair would run more than half the price of a new appliance, we'll tell you so you can decide.

4. 04

   Repair & Warranty

   If the technician has the part with them, the repair is usually done the same visit. If it has to be ordered, you pick a time for us to come back. Pay by card, cash, check, or tap. Labor is covered for 90 days.
