The diagnostic visit (service call) is $65 for most appliances and $85 for refrigerators, built-in ovens, and microwaves, per appliance. We inspect it, find the problem, and give you a repair estimate. The fee is waived when you approve the repair; if you decide not to repair, it's all you pay.
