What We Did

Our technician performed a full diagnostic to determine the cause of the power issue. The problem was identified as a blown thermal fuse, which had cut off the power supply to the oven. We replaced the damaged fuse with a new one and restored power. After testing, the oven turned on and functioned normally. The issue was fully resolved, and the customer was pleased with the outcome.
