What We Did

Our technician performed a full diagnostic of the GE over-the-range microwave. The unit powered on normally, but it wasn’t generating heat during operation. After safely disassembling the unit and testing the high-voltage components, we identified a failed magnetron as the cause of the issue. The faulty magnetron was removed and replaced with a new OEM part. We reassembled the unit and ran multiple test cycles to confirm proper heating. The microwave is now fully operational, and the customer was satisfied with the service.
